Dear Stake Holders (Alumni, Recruiters, Parents, Students and Faculty members),
Meeting of all above stake holders is arranged on
11/10/2015 at
10:00 am to finalize the Vision, Mission, Programme Education Objectives (PEO’s) of Civil Engineering Department.
These Mission, Vision and PEOs have been drafted after meeting between faculty staff and alumni on 24/09/2015.
Vision : To develop skilled, creative and socially sensitive Diploma Civil engineers to satisfy needs of changing society.
Mission : Imparting value added technical education in Diploma in Civil Engineering for skilled development while developing attitude for lifelong learning and promoting creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
PEO’s : The educational objectives of the civil engineering program are designed to produce skilled engineers who are ready to contribute effectively to the civil engineering profession and are ready to handle the challenges of the profession.
The civil engineering department is committed to produce civil engineers who:
- Apply fundamental technical knowledge and skills to find creative solutions to technological challenges and problems in various areas of basic sciences and engineering.
- Shall be able to analyze, design and use skills in order to formulate and solve civil engineering problems.
- Be able to practice civil engineering in a responsible, professional and ethical manner and implement eco- friendly sustainable technologies for the benefit of industry and society.
- To take up higher education & to engage in research and development in civil engineering and allied areas of science and technology.
We intend to get inputs from all the above stake holders. All are requested to go through above drafted Vision, Mission and PEOs and attend meeting on 11/10/2015 at 10:00 am in AV Theatre, near Principal's Chamber at T.F.G. Polytechnic, Adipur.
